I am allergic to aloe vera. Can I use products that contain Ambrotose complex?
Individuals with allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients in our products should always consult their personal physician before use.
Do our products contain any animal ingredients?
Yes, some of our products do contain animal ingredients. Products that contain animal ingredients include SPORT capsules (which contain orchic substances); FIRM with Ambrotose body creme (which contains emu oil); and Ambrotose complex powder (which contains glucosamine HCl of seafood origin). The glucosamine HCl in Advanced Ambrotose powder is of vegetable origin. The gelcaps used for Ambrotose AO® capsules are vegetable-based, but the gelatin used in our other capsule products is of bovine origin.
What is dioscorea?
Dioscorea is wild yam root that provides phytosterols. Phytosterols are plant sterols that can help your body recover from physical overexertion. Dioscorea helps support the body's natural recovery.
