What is a glyconutrient?

Our Ambrotose AO® capsules contain broccoli, Brussels sprout, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, garlic, kale, onion, tomato, turnip, papaya and pineapple. Why are antioxidants important?

What are free radicals?
Free radicals are extremely reactive particles, normally produced during metabolic processes in small amounts, which are neutralized by the body's antioxidant network. Toxins such as pollution, radiation, cigarette smoke and herbicides on cells can create free radicals. Stress and poor food can also contribute to the creation of free radicals. Free radicals attack molecules found within the cells of the human body, which become free radicals. This chain reaction can lead to the acceleration of the aging process. Antioxidants reduce free radicals by contributing electrons to maintain cell stability.
